Heightened security with biometrics

Biometric identification ensures that the right people access the right keys at all times. Biometric characteristics cannot be swapped, stolen, faked or lost, which reduces the possibility of keys falling into the wrong hands or people accessing the wrong keys, due to mistaken identity.

Improving on-site efficiency

Traditional key pads are often clumsy and time-consuming to operate. CornerSafe utilises a user-friendly touch screen kiosk that enables users to access their keys quickly.

The kiosk also enables centralised administration of keys across the site, so that keys can be returned to any key safe – saving on time that would usually be spent returning keys to their original location.

Better visibility and control

Key safe administrators have access to a sophisticated range of reports that keep them informed on the whereabouts of keys.

Clients can see who accessed a key and when and if any attempts have been made by staff to access keys at unusual times, or if anyone has attempted unauthorised key access. This ensures that appropriate action can be taken if and when it’s needed.

Flexible to requirements

CornerSafe includes a powerful toolset called Content Manager, which allows selected staff to customise the system. This includes: adding cabinets, keys and users, creating roles, creating posts, creating or modifying policies for posts, running reports and viewing alarms, plus a whole host of other functions.

Standalone or integrated with Cornerstone

CornerSafe is easily integrated with our Cornerstone solution, offering improved control of areas such as visitor management, access control and asset management.

For example, when integrated with Cornerstone Access Control, CornerSafe can prevent people from leaving the site until keys have been returned. If attempts are made to remove keys from the site, senior staff will be alerted in time to intervene.
