Save money on false claims

The biological entities used for biometrics cannot be transferred like prox cards or pin codes, which prevents false clocking in and out times by colleagues. Employees are no longer paid for time they haven’t worked - estimated to average up to 10 minutes per employee per day.

Fast and easy-to-use

Biometric technology is designed to be highly intuitive and typically requires very little interaction with the user.

After a one-off enrolment process, users clock on and off by looking into an iris recognition camera or other biometric device. On engaging with the device the system will search for a matching record, as created during enrolment. When the user is recognised the system will allow access, while updating their record to show when they arrived on or exited the site. This process lasts just seconds – preventing unnecessary queuing.

The Time Capture module is also invaluable in times of emergency. Real time capture reports can be generated letting you know instantly who is on site at all times.

Improved analysis of time worked

Time Capture logs the time and date that a user was recognised but it can also have a Job Code, Location and Clock On code defined with the log entry. Each Clock On event is eventually related to a matching Clock Off entry and as such can be used for time tracking.

Job Codes are used to define specific work, tasks and projects etc. Using Cornerstone’s reporting functionality, Time Capture can easily track and monitor who is working on what and when.
