Pre-implementation support

If you need help with building a business case for your biometric system, we can assist you in constructing a convincing and watertight argument - packed full with expected ROI.

To ensure timely and effective implementation, each project is assigned an experienced project manager, who will produce a comprehensive and detailed project plan using proven methodology. We also offer an in-depth scoping service should customisation be required.

Each implementation is accompanied by a training programme to get system administrators up and running as soon as possible. That includes both system and 'train the trainer' to support ongoing training needs. And you can choose between on-site training or training at our offices.

Post-implementation support

Once the system is live you benefit from a 24/7 helpdesk to help deal with any system issues that may arise. If you need us to visit you for hands-on support, technicians can usually be on site within 4 hours - depending on location.
